eDental Support will do an eligibility check (active/inactive) for all patients on the scheduled dates. A note will be placed on the appointment card indicating the insurance is active.Ínsurance Breakdown
eDental Support will do a full breakdown of benefits for all patients in the schedule, the breakdown will have details of Frequency, Limits, Dental History, Age Limits, & coverage Percentage.Insurance Payment Posting
eDental Support will acquire EOBs from insurance that pays the client by EFT by login to insurance website & EOBs office receives by mail, we will send you a summary of the batch report.Claim Submission

eDental Support will call the insurance for every claim over 30 days old. A note explaining why the claim is outstanding and what was done about it will be placed in the PMS.Patient Aging Report
